Every contestant will turn in their "pageant paperwork" at their State Pageant. These forms must be completed prior to, printed off, brought with you & ready to submit to Pageant Check-In.
Do not mail any of these forms to your state pageant headquarters, you will bring them all with you to turn in at pageant check-in.
This paperwork will be the information that the emcee's will read about you while you are on stage for the various overall and optional contests. There is also paperwork for additional optional contests that do not take place on stage, such as Heart of Service, Art Contest, Academic Achievement, etc.
Every contestant MUST complete the following paperwork, as these three are REQUIRED:
1. Resume
2. Community Involvement
3. Emcee Card
Any other paperwork pertains to Optional Contests. Therefore, only complete the forms for the optional contests you plan to participate in.

These forms can be printed on plain white paper.

Does not need to be printed in color, but is helpful.

All paperwork is provided as a fillable PDF, meaning you can open and complete the forms directly on your computer. Please note that the forms cannot be filled out on a phone or tablet. If you don’t have access to a computer, we recommend printing the forms and filling them out by hand.
